Werner,
We are in the same situation, have open a PMR by IBM and are waiting on a
PTF for APAR IC21764.
Temporary fix proposed (UESUNICODEFILENAMES OFF) has no effect.
Result: we can't migrate from 3.1.03 to 3.1.05.
This problem was not present with L03 on NT.
Hope that this problem recieve a HIGH priority by IBM!
Francis.
