I haven't gone thru this yet, but I can take a guess at what to do. In my
system module ansadm has an rmid of uq18049, which is
the 3.1.0.3 level.  So just reapply uq18049 and it should relink the module
with the new tcpip modules.

 APPLY S(UQ18049) REDO.

Before doing this check the dddefs which were defined when adsm v3 was
installed.  If your tcpip libraries have new names you will have to update
the dddefs to reflect the new names.  The key one is SANSTCP.

You should not need to recreate any datasets.
