Curiosity -
What part of ADSM does the processing that causes a PENDING volume to change
state?

I have lowered the REUSEDELAY for some of my storage pools, but the number
of volumes in PENDING state has not changed.

Do PENDING volumes just get released once a day at midnight, or what?

Any ideas?
