Phil,

I noticed that the dsmcutil requires that a file named dsm.opt is required
even though you use the /optfile option.  It must be in the directory from
where you run the dsmcutil install command.  In other words, if you want to
use an option file named test.opt you must have a copy of that file named
dsm.opt when you run the dsmcutil install command.  It doesn't seem to need
it after the service is installed.
