You cannot do a remote restore with the B/A client.

There is something called the Webshell client that you can run on AIX and
NT.
You run the "webshell" piece of code on the remote machine, and then you can
use a brower (Netscape, IE, etc.) from anywhere else to do a restore for the
remote machine.  But only for active backups.

You can use the admin client do a remote restore for a client by setting up
a one-time schedule.  The scheduler has to be running on the remote client.
