What is in the EXCDSM.LOG file?
In this case, the DSIERROR.LOG doesn't help us much.
The EXCDSM.LOG (default name unless you override it
with the /LOGFILE:filename option) is the
Exchange Agent log.  EXCDSM.LOG should give us more
of an indication on what went wrong.
