Andy,

You responded to a request from one of your level one tech support folks a
few months ago about why to use ADSM vs. OS mirroring.  Perhaps you can
share that with all of the folks.  I would do so, but it is your work and I
don't want to spread it without your permission.  Your arguments were quite
compelling.
