Problems with Exchange Backups using Connect Agent

One of our servers is experiencing backups problems using the ADSMConnect
Agent for MS Exchange.  We have booted the server in hopes the problem would
go away, but it doesn't.  Here is the log file that is generated while
trying to do a backup:
