Any of you TCP/IP experts out there know the relationship between the ADSM
TCPWINDOWSIZE client option and the TCP sliding windows size on the clients
operating system. Specifically, if the maximum window size of the client
operating system TCPIP is 65K why would I ever use a larger value for
TCPWINDOWSIZE in the ADSM client options file? Besides the additional
memory usage with a large TCPWINDOWSIZE as an issue, is there any real
performance gain by specifying a value larger than the OS maximum? Do most
of you use a value that matches the OS TCPIP maximum?
