This is a client function.
V2 WILL back up empty directories, but only on an incremental. I believe that
the change in v3 is that empties will be backed up on selective backups as well.

Hello,
I know that on V3 you can backup empty directories.
What will be the result of backing up empty directories on the following
situations:
1. V2 server , V2 client
2. V2 server, v3 client
3. V3 server, V2 client
Is it the server function or the client function ?
