Julie -
I was told in class...(haven't seen this in action yet) that mirroring the
adsm on the application level will increase restore performance greatly.
This is done through a dsmfmt of a new volume & then a db copy command. I
am currently mirroring an adsm server on aix 4.2.1 on the logical volume
level, but plan on removing this and trying the application mirroring soon.
