The message actually means that it could not find an online drive
in the library's drive list that matches the device class of the tape it is
trying to mount. Make sure that your devclass' devtype is DLT, and
that SHOW LIBRARY command indicates that the drives are online
and not busy (they are busy when mounted by adsm for any reason).
Otherwise, you may need to open up a service call to look at
some tracing.
