Exchange API error

Hello ADSMers,

Does one of you got the following error message :
An unknown Exchange API error has occured
when backing up a DB ?
If yes, is there a solution ?
We download the try/buy Exchange agent one week ago
The server NT is level 3.1.1.3 and client 3.1.0.3 API V3.1.3
One point of detail : Exchange has been installed after ADSM
and the agent.
