ADSM Connect agent experts:

I have been using the Notes connect agent for 5 months and in this environment:
ADSM on an NT4.0 server version of ADSM is 3.1.1.3 ( the latest ptf3 and ptf4
have been installed)
Notes servers on NT 4.0 with the Notes version at 4.5.2b, the Notes servers are
configured in a clustered scenario.
Agent being used is the ftp'ed version with the latest fixes, 2.1.

I have a couple of questions concerns from what I have experienced.

1) what is the latest released version of the Notes agent from IBM and is it
the real one or just a Beta ( don't us in production environment version)

2) What is the best and workable method to stop the Connect agent session once
it has started, I have found if it is running from within Notes the task
manager is the only method to stop it, sometimes this does not work either. If
I Control-C it will sometimes perform a Dr Watson error and not function
properly until the NT Notes server is rebooted ( not a good thing)

3) The agent appears to run fine backing up documents and then kinda stops, if
I cancel the session at the ADSM server it starts automatically and the Notes
server displays the documents Deleted: numbers and it is off and running fine
again. (it looks like the agent is having problems finding the documents that
may have been deleted for databases)

Has anyone gotten good results from the Agent is a large very busy Notes
environment ( 25 + servers, replication among all servers) . Is the Agent the
preferred method over the whole database client method?

The ADSM connect agent appears to be the only real way to back up large Notes
servers that perform replication all day, since the Client want to backup every
database again and again due to replication. I would hope IBM is addressing the
needs for the Agent and continuing to improve it performance. Any help with
some ADSM Agent knowledge is greatly appreciated

Thanks for any help,
John Stephens
