Brenda,

I recently had a user complain about the window popping up. I
believe we tracked it down to the schedmode that is set (or
not, in our case) in the ADSM Preferences file.

By not explicitly setting "SCHEDMode PRompted" in the Preferences
file, the client defaulted to "SCHEDMode POlling," which is what
causes the window to wake up briefly when it contacts the server
to find its next scheduled operation.

Don't know what would be causing the memory conflicts, as we only
have a handful of Mac clients and they're all PowerPC.
