ADSM Server at V3.1 still has the wrong reclamation sequence.
It starts reclaiming ith the lowest Percetage.
It would require much less tapemounts, IOs and CPU if ADSM would start,
with the highest percentage reclaimable.
We hope strongly that IBM could make this little change in this
millenium.

Are we the only installation that are complaining this, or are other
installations which would appriciate this change.
