Mike,

You need to get the ADSM API level 3.1.3b  which can be obtained from the
FIXTEST directory
on index.storsys.ibm.com.  The 3.1.3 level available with the latest win32
client PTF does not have
the PASSWORD GENERATE fix.  Please be sure you get the fixtest level of the API
and copy the
DLL and TXT files as per  Del's instructions.

Let me know if you continue to  have problems after that...
