I would think the request for an off-site tape occurred because after the
first restore, the tape with the integrity error was marked as unavailable.
 The second time through ADSM knew it could get the file from the off-site
copy.  If you want that file, you'll need that tape.  You can then figure
out which tape had the integrity error and use the restore volume command
to fix it up if you so desire.
