Merge=no option is not used for NT and AIX but it is used for OS2. All 3
platforms share the same code base.

Does anyone know what the -MERGE option is for on the DSMNOTES RESTORE
command?  It appears that YES is the default, but if you specify  -TO it's
ignored, and if you specify NO then you must specify a -TO.
Therefore, this would be a pointless option, right?  I'm just wondering
whether or not to document it for our users.
It seems to me they should either specify -TO   if they're not merging, or
they should specify neither, and it will default to MERGE.
Am I missing something here?
