Any suggestions or help with the following problem would be appreciated.

Our initial testing of the Exchange Agent has gotten nowhere. Backups
complete normally according to messages on the client and on the server.
Nothing in dsierror, just a reasonable completion message in
excdsm.log...

However attempting to select 'Restore' from the GUI client gives an
immediate error message about there being no objects of that type.

Entering 'excdsmc /adsmquerydb' after several backup tests returns the
following:

ADSTAR Distributed Storage Manager
ADSMConnect Agent for Microsoft Exchange Server
Command Line Interface - Version 1, Release 1, Level 0.0
(C) Copyright IBM Corporation 1998. All rights reserved.

ADSM API Version 3, Release 1, Level 3
ADSM Nodename: LNIXD-DILBERT

This is a "Try and Buy" license which has 54 days until expiration.

This is under NT 4.0 with SP3, Exchange 5.5. The server is running V2
R1 0.9

The Exchange organization is 'WA.GOV' the site is 'LNIXD' the server
name is 'LNIXD-DILBERT'.

What is the meaning of the 'error' prefix in the query results. Where
have we gone wrong?
