Hi all,
MVS Server 2.1.13
Has anyone had experience with their MVS ADSM server abending with the
following OC1 completion and reason codes? The only thing I can gather from the
logs is that there were numerous processes running at the same time, waiting for
tape drives that were unavailable. Message IEC210I indicates that an error
occurred as a result of cancelling an active job during close of a dataset on
magnetic tape, but the operators are unaware of any problems with this drive -
and
should something like this really cause ADSM to abend? I thought I remembered a
thread within the past month or so about OC1 abends, but I searched the logs and
couldn't come up with anything. Thanks for any help.
