DOS scheduler

Many of my Windows 95/NT users that have the Windows Backup - Archive Client
installed, complained that
when they log onto the ADSM scheduler, the DOS window slows down their PC and
sometime the schedule that
they are connected to does not backup their PC(just hangs !!!)..

Have you encountered this problem ???????????
