        Can only think of the obvious: you *are* logged in as Administrator (or 
a
userID in the Administrators group) while installing the Scheduler, right?

        Otherwise, I'm not sure - I just did it and it worked fine.

Using: WindowsNT 4.0 (SP3) and client version 3.1.0.3 .
