adsm agent msexch and backupexec

Subject: adsm agent msexch and backupexec

To: ADSM-L AT VM.MARIST DOT EDU 
Does anyone know if the IBM ADSM connect agent for ms exchange can be
installed to run in parallel with the backupexec/adsm agent for ms exchange.
That is can both agents can be used to backup the same exchange server
for a test period of time.
