Hello people,

        We have had a problem for a while where Novell 3.12 restores
become very slow after restoring the first 400mb.

        We are using v2r1m7 of the novell client.

        After about 400mb the restore rate drops to 1 - 4 mb an hour! a
strange thing is that in half hour intervals after the rate has dropped,
it will peak again at 10mb / minute for about 5 minutes then drop right
down again. each time this happens the peak drops slightly untill after
4 / 5 hours it makes no difference.

Has anyone seen similar problems before?
