Yes, I would think the 8mm is the bottleneck. 3570 to 3570 will be faster.
Disk to 3570 will probably be the fastest of all. Try that first, do the
backup stg backuppool 3570_copy_pool and then the backup stg 3570_tape_pool
3570_copy_pool.
It could be the tape to tape (using the 3570) will be faster. Depends on a
lot of things, but you can try it.
