This messages has to due with operating system settings. I have seen this
with SP2 Frames where you can get better through-put by increasing the
TCP/IP window size. The catch with increasing the Unix window size is that
any other machine that connects to it must also have their TCPIP window
size increased also.

Before address this please contact your networking group and apps
development groups as changes to the TCPIP window size can have negative
effects on performance and monitoring.
