Jerry, this fault occurs becorse of a change in C which made ADSM use
GMT-time (for C370 it occurs in ptf un55807). We are using LE now and the
way to correct the problem is to submit the member EDCLLOCL in the
SCESAMP-library with the correct value. This corrects the EDCZV module so
that the correct offset from GMT is used.
