Look in your server options file for the
TCPWINDOWSIZE option and change it to a value that
your system can use, such as 64.
  The option is saying to reserver 2M of buffer space
within TCP/IP for each client session.  It's unlikely
that your system is configured for that amount of
TCP buffer space.
