Many thanks.  Although this didn't turn out to be the problem it did make it
possible for us to isolate the fact that it was this particular workstation
that was having the problem and not ADSM OR the network.  When he ran the
same test on his co-workers machine it went fine but when he ran the test
with his machine through her network connection he still had lousy
performance.

It's always a pleasure to be able to pinpoint the trouble spot that precisely.
