Ginny:

We've given ADSM the same dispatching priority as HSM --- this is a very
high priority in this shop, and does allow ADSM to perform its tasks within
given time frames. HOWEVER, ADSM IS a CPU hog, especially in an environment
of limited engines in the mainframe world --- give this some consideration
before turning ADSM's volume up in a production arena.

ADSM MVS Server 2.1.13
Can anyone running an MVS server provide me with information on the
dispatch priority you assign to ADSM?  We are experiencing some frustrating
problems in getting admin tasks performed due to lack of cpu, and were
wondering what others might be doing in this area.  We had difficulty
completing migration, reclamation and copy pool tasks all week last week
(monthend).  Thanks for any info you can provide,
