We are pool Tapes (ADSM V3.1 and STK-Robot) the following way:
We have one Primary Tapeppool for all Clients for ARCHIVEs and for
BACKUPs, these Pools have an own Copypool to which we backup data once a
day and this pool we move offsite (Vaulting)

Until now this works well.
