Hi Jerry!
Yes it is.
If you have got a version 3 server (and if you are licensed to use the DRM) you
can find the DRM diskettes on your CD in the directory \DRMIMAGE\DISKETTE.
If it's not on your CD (it's added later I believe) you can download the disks
at:
ftp://index.storsys.ibm.com/adsm/fixes/v3r1/drm/DRMIMAGE
