First question I would ask is: Do non-Backtack ADSM functions, such as
DSMC, work. If they do, then its a Backtrack configuration issue. If
DSMC does not work, then it could be TCP/IP or your library paths, etc.
We use Backtrack, but our server is AIX and our database is Sybase, so
your mileage may vary. Good luck.
