Hi.
Is there a way to get the ADSM scheduler to run full backups
periodically on a Windows NT machine? Currently, our users
install the ADSM Scheduler as an NT service, which is great
for daily incremental backups. But some users want to force a full
backup once every month or so. The only way I could think of
was to have them run 'DSMC Selective -subdir=yes c:\*.*'. But
they would have to find some way to automate this command to run
monthly. Is this the only way to achieve periodic monthly full
backups? And if so, how can this be automated? We are currently
running ADSM/VM V2.1 lvl 013 server and our NT 4.0 clients are running
the V3.1 ADSM client.
Thanks, Dave Kalenderian
