When specifying the the QUIET option via a Client Option Set, try using
YES or ON for the value. Also note, thet QUIET and VERBOSE are mutually
exclusive, so if the the VERBOSE option occurs in the Client Option file
after the QUIET, it will replace the QUIET option. Also, the FORCE flag
is ignored for ICNLEXCL in the Client Option Set. Last, are you setting the
FORCE=YES for all options specified in the client option set??
