Rene is correct of course, but if you are like me, and will stay on the V2
server for a while (for internal political issues, not related to the value
of the software), you should keep your eye on the V3 client fixes.  IBM took
an APAR on this, and hopefully the fix will be in the release due out at the
end of this month.

In the meantime, you can reinstall the V2 admin or get a copy from your ADSM
backups :-)  Be sure to restore the appropriate language module (.txt) file
at the same time - dscameng.txt here in the U.S.
