Sort of.  With ADSM V3.1 it is possible to "archive" one server's
information to another server.  The first server looks like a client to the
second, or upstream server.  In order for a your original client to restore
data, the first server must retrieve the data from the second server.  The
original client can't restore the information directly from the second
server.

The long range intent of this effort is to provide a more thorough
integration of databases between two servers.  In this fashion, it will be
possible to have a client's data on two servers working in concert.  If one
server is unavailable, the second server can provide restores to the
client.
