PTF stands for "program temporary fix".


You can download the fixes from:  index.storsys.ibm.com
This is an FTP site, but it is easiest to use with a web browser.

Click on the ADSM directory, then the Fixes directory.

You will find fixes for both servers and clients at V2.

I don't remember what APAR stands for, either!
