PTF stands for "program temporary fix".
You can download the fixes from: index.storsys.ibm.com
This is an FTP site, but it is easiest to use with a web browser.
Click on the ADSM directory, then the Fixes directory.
You will find fixes for both servers and clients at V2.
I don't remember what APAR stands for, either!
