     We are installing/configuring ADSM v3 and tunuing the tcp/ip window
     sizes and the socket buffer size.  Does anyone know how to change
     sb_max on HP-UX 10.20?  This is to match the tcp_sendspace and
     tcp_recvspace.  these two are also configurable with nettune.
