Open Microsystems' Enterprise DistribuTAPE software supports sharing of both
tape drives and libraries in StorageTek libraries.  EDT works with ADSM V3
and V4, and can share tape drives either over the network or via SCSI
multiplexers.  Drives can actually be available to ADSM servers on multiple
nodes, and dynamically used on a first-come first-served basis.  EDT also
contains the middleware required to control STK libraries via either ACSLS
or Library Station.
