Divide by zero

I have a customer attempting to install ADSM as an NT service on
several
machines.  A couple of these machines are coming up with a divide by
zero
error when attempting to validate the password, or at least that's the
point
we're at in the service install process when the error message
appears.  Has
anybody run into this or have any ideas as to what might be causing
it?  I
know that ADSM can sometimes be sensitive to other applications
running in
the background, etc.

Any help at all would be much appreciated.
