 The checkin libv command without the search=yes parameter should first
cause the port to be unlocked and then wait for a replay, and then re-lock
it.... The port should remain locked until another checkin or checkout command
is issued.

Subject: Problem with STK 9714 Library


STK 9714 connected to ADSM NT Server.  Checkin processing appears to leave the
import port on the library locked remdering it impossible to perform more than
one checkin without re-IPLing the library.  Is anyone else seeing this?  Is it
a known bug?  Most important, is there a fix?
