Is there a way to exclude symbolic links (the links themselves,
not the objects they point to) from backup?  I have some filesystems
that have many millions of symbolic links, a total of 0 MB of space
occupied on disk and on tape, which have the potential to burn up
many GB of catalog space.  Those links are randomly distributed
throughout the filesystem.

This is on a Solaris client.
