Per the "Installing the Clients" book, TCP/IP on the DOS client is supported
only with one of the following software packages:

* IBM's TCP/IP for DOS version 2.0 or 2.1
* FTP Software's PC/TCP 3.0 for DOS

It will not work with either Novell's or Microsoft's TCP/IP stacks.

Subject: DOS Client for ADSM

I am trying to get the dos client for ADSM working. I have installed the
client but get a failure to communicate over TCPIP message. I have looked
up the Error code and it list so many reasons it could be anything. I have
tried using Novell's TCPIP stack (version 4.12) and the WIN95 TCPIP stack.
I can ping the IP number and FQDN of the ADSM machine.

Have any of you succeeded in connecting? What am I doing wrong?
