[Apologies if this has already been answered, I read the digest.]
I'm not right at my NT box, but I'm pretty certain that on your
NT machine, you need to set the system environment variable
"DSMG_DIR" to "[adsmdir]\odbc\adsm", where [adsmdir] is the
directory in which ADSM is installed. You will find that, in
addition to the dsmameng.txt in the baclient directory of
[adsmdir], there is a 'dsmgameng.txt' file in the
[adsmdir]\odbc\adsm directory. That's the message file that the
ODBC driver wants to find. This tripped us up for a while, too.
