Problem seems to be of shrinking memory pool. NLMs terminating do not
always return mem to the main pool.
Increase the MIN Alloc Short Term Memory limit. Probably you will need to
retstart the server. Restarting the server in any case will result in mem
release from cache non-moveable pools.
