USELARGETAPEBLOCK option

This option was introduced in ptf-15 to allow certain devices to use a 256k
block instead of 32k (on new/empty tapes only- no mixing allowed).  The only
supported device this applies to at this time is DLT drives.  Some drives have
always used 256K, ie.  3590, 3570, DTF.

If you have problems with restore db using this option, contact service.
