I do not have an "official" answer, but I have used the old DSMCSVCI utility
from a V2 client to install the service.  I have used it on a V4 NT client,
but not a 3.51, but I would be willing to bet it still works.

ADSMer's,

        I installed ADSM V3 today on a NT 3.5.1 machine and had to
install the service using dsmcutil.exe.  Is there any way, besides using
dsmcutil.exe, to install the Scheduling service??
