Hello,
we considered using a Sun Spracserver 1000 with 6 CPUs as a file
server with spacemanagement done by ADSM/HSM.
We ran into 2 problems.
1. The Readme says HSM is not supported on multiprocessor
   configurations
2. The installation aborts with a message saying that only Solaris 2.5
   is supported, not 2.5.1
I'm really disappointed. Not that I insist on using a Sun and nothing
else. But we have this system and could use it for this purpose.
Is there a way around these problems? Is ADSM/HSM intended to be
useful in a large Fileserver environment with a disk cache of > 100 GB?

Best regards
Gerhard
